Getting money out is where crypto casinos earn or lose their reputation. The transfer itself takes minutes; the delays and disputes come from terms you didn’t read, ID checks you weren’t ready for, and addresses you didn’t double-check. Here’s how to withdraw USDT or USDC safely and what to do if a withdrawal gets stuck.
Before you even deposit
The best time to plan a withdrawal is before your first deposit. Check the casino’s terms for:
- Deposit wagering rules. Several casinos we’ve reviewed, including Roobet, Cloudbet, BetFury and Winz.io, require you to wager each deposit at least once before you can withdraw it. Withdrawing an unplayed deposit can be refused or charged.
- Minimums and fees. Minimum withdrawals range from a few dollars to €50 at the casinos we’ve reviewed, and some charge a flat or percentage fee. Stake, for example, deducts 1 USDT or 1 USDC per withdrawal.
- Limits. Some casinos cap withdrawals per day, week or month, or until you’re verified. Cloudbet caps unverified accounts at $2,200 a day; BitStarz and Winz.io can pay very large wins in monthly instalments.
- Same-method rules. Some terms say withdrawals go back to the wallet or method you deposited from.
Our reviews list these for every casino we cover.
Get verified early
Most withdrawal holds are identity checks. Even casinos that let you sign up with just an email reserve the right to ask for ID, and the most common moment is your first or largest withdrawal. If you plan to play with meaningful amounts, complete verification while nothing is at stake. Our KYC guide explains what casinos ask for and when.
Step by step: a safe withdrawal
- Choose the coin and network. Pick a network your receiving wallet or exchange supports, ideally a cheap one. If you’re sending to an exchange, check that the exchange accepts deposits of that coin on that network.
- Copy your receiving address fresh. Copy it from your wallet’s “receive” screen every time, not from your transaction history. “Address poisoning” scams send tiny transfers from look-alike addresses so that a copy from your history picks the scammer’s address.
- Check the first and last characters after pasting, and the memo or tag if your exchange uses one. Clipboard-hijacking malware can swap an address as you paste it.
- Turn on two-factor authentication. Some casinos require it to withdraw; all of them let an account thief withdraw without it. Use an authenticator app rather than SMS where possible.
- Use an address whitelist if the casino offers one, so new addresses need extra confirmation.
- Request the withdrawal and keep the details: amount, time, network, address and the transaction ID once it’s sent.
Your wallet or an exchange?
Withdrawing to a wallet you control means the funds are yours the moment they arrive. Withdrawing straight to an exchange is convenient if you want to convert to cash, but exchanges have their own rules: some ask about the source of incoming funds, and some restrict transfers linked to gambling. Read your exchange’s terms before sending casino winnings there.
If a withdrawal is stuck
- Check its status in the casino first. “Pending” or “in review” usually means a manual check. Some casinos publish typical processing times; our withdrawal speed and limits table lists the ones that do.
- Answer document requests promptly. Some terms let the casino close an account if you don’t respond within a set period; Winz.io’s and BitStarz’s terms mention two weeks.
- Ask support for the specific reason in writing and which term applies. Keep copies of every message.
- Escalate. If support doesn’t resolve it, use the casino’s formal complaints process, then the dispute route its licence requires. Anjouan’s licence validator says operators must offer an independent alternative dispute resolution service; Winz.io names one in its terms. Independent complaint sites can also help.
- Don’t open new accounts or use a VPN to get around a block. Both are common reasons for confiscating balances.

Keep a record of deposits, withdrawals and transaction IDs. You may need them for tax purposes, and for proving where funds came from if an exchange or bank asks. See our taxes guide for general information by country.
