Crypto casino deposit not received: what to do

A step-by-step checklist for a missing USDT or USDC deposit: transaction IDs, block explorers, memos, wrong networks and when to contact support.

You sent USDT or USDC to a casino and your balance hasn’t moved. Don’t send it again, and don’t panic: most “missing” deposits are just waiting for confirmations or for the casino to match them. Work through these checks in order. The first two solve most cases.

1. Find the transaction ID

Your wallet or exchange gives every transfer a transaction ID (also called a hash or TxID). On an exchange, look in your withdrawal history. You’ll need it for every step below and for the casino’s support team.

2. Check it on a block explorer

Paste the transaction ID into the explorer for the network you used:

Network Explorer
Tron (TRC-20) Tronscan
BNB Chain (BEP-20) BscScan
Ethereum (ERC-20) Etherscan
Solana Solscan or Solana Explorer
Polygon PolygonScan
TON Tonviewer or Tonscan

What you see tells you what to do next:

  • Not found: you may be on the wrong explorer (try the other networks), or the exchange hasn’t sent it yet. Exchange withdrawals can sit “processing” for a while. Check the exchange first.
  • Pending: wait. It hasn’t confirmed yet.
  • Failed: the transfer didn’t happen. On networks like Tron and Ethereum this is often because the wallet lacked TRX or ETH for fees. The coins stay in your wallet, though the fee may be gone.
  • Confirmed: check that the “to” address matches the casino’s deposit address exactly, and the token is the one you meant to send. Then go to step 3.

3. Confirmed, right address, still not credited

  • Wait for the casino’s confirmations. Casinos credit after their own number of confirmations, which can take longer than the explorer showing “success”. A few minutes is normal; on Ethereum it can be longer.
  • Check the minimum deposit. Deposits below the minimum may not be credited automatically, and some casinos never credit them. Check the cashier or terms.
  • Check you’re in the right account and currency. Some casinos show balances per coin; the deposit may be in your USDC balance, not USDT.
  • Contact support with the transaction ID, network, coin, amount, the deposit address you used and the time. Ask them to confirm they can see it.

4. The common mistakes, and what can be done

Missing memo or tag

Some networks, TON especially, use one shared deposit address plus a memo that identifies your account. Without the memo the casino receives the funds but doesn’t know they’re yours. Contact support straight away with the transaction ID; casinos can often match it manually, sometimes after asking for proof.

Our wrong-network deposit guide covers these cases in more detail.

Wrong network, same address format

BNB Chain, Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum and Base all use 0x addresses. If you sent on a network the casino supports for that address but not the one you chose in the cashier, the casino may be able to recover it. Policies vary: some do it for a fee, some don’t, and some only above a minimum amount. BitStarz’s terms, for example, say it won’t attempt recovery below $5,000 and charges a fee above that.

Wrong network, unsupported

If you sent on a network the casino doesn’t support at all, recovery depends entirely on whether the casino controls the same address on that network. It may not be possible.

Wrong token

Sending a coin the casino doesn’t accept, such as bridged USDC.e where only native USDC is accepted, or a token that only looks like USDT, may not be credited. Ask support, but expect that it may be lost.

5. If support doesn’t help

  • Keep copies of every message and your transaction details.
  • Use the casino’s formal complaints process, then the dispute route required by its licence. Our reviews list each casino’s licence and regulator.
  • Independent complaint sites can also contact the casino for you.
  • Be wary of anyone who contacts you offering to “recover” lost crypto for a fee. These offers are a common scam.

FAQ

How long should a crypto casino deposit take?
On Tron, BNB Chain, Solana and TON, usually a few minutes at most. Ethereum can take longer when busy. If the explorer shows it confirmed and the casino hasn’t credited it within an hour or so, contact support.
Can a casino refund a deposit sent on the wrong network?
Sometimes. It depends on the networks involved and the casino’s policy, and some charge a recovery fee or set minimum amounts. Contact support quickly with the transaction ID.
Should I send the deposit again?
No. Find out what happened to the first one before sending more.
