BitStarz is a long-running crypto and fiat casino (its homepage says it launched in 2014), now operated by Gareton B.V. under a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence. It accepts USDT and USDC with no withdrawal fee and publishes clear minimums, a per-withdrawal maximum and full bonus terms. But it doesn’t say which networks its stablecoins use, and the only safer gambling tool it describes is self-exclusion through support.

Stablecoin deposits and withdrawals
BitStarz’s payments page lists USDT and USDC for deposits and withdrawals but doesn’t name the networks. An old BitStarz blog post from 2021 said USDT used Ethereum (ERC-20), which would be the most expensive option, but that may have changed. Check the network shown in the cashier before sending, and send a small test amount first.
The payments page gives these figures for both stablecoins:
- Minimum deposit: 10 USDT or 10 USDC, with no deposit fee.
- Minimum withdrawal: €50 equivalent.
- Maximum withdrawal: €50,000 per withdrawal.
- Withdrawal fee: 0%. The terms say neither BitStarz nor its payment processor charges withdrawal fees.
The terms also say BitStarz may pay “substantial” wins in monthly instalments, without defining the threshold, and that every deposit must be wagered once before withdrawal as an anti-money-laundering measure. If you send crypto to the wrong address or network, BitStarz won’t attempt recovery for amounts under $5,000 and charges a recovery fee above that.
Licence and safety
The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s licence register (October 2026) lists Gareton B.V. (company no. 160656) with licence OGL/2024/165/0185, status Indefinite, matching BitStarz’s terms. The regulator’s certificate for that licence lists bitstarz.com among its approved domains; we saw it in search results but couldn’t load the page directly. Gareton B.V. doesn’t appear on the regulator’s enforcement register (September 2026).
Casino.guru’s public listing showed one unresolved complaint when we checked, a dispute over $3,729 of confiscated winnings, against a long history of resolved ones. We found no regulator action, hacks or lawsuits.
BitStarz’s terms bar a long list of countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Greece, Israel, Brazil, Russia, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Baltic states and many others. The welcome package also excludes players from Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Austria, Kosovo and Finland. The terms say using a VPN to get around a block is strictly prohibited and may lead to winnings being confiscated.
Provably fair games
BitStarz lists 13 provably fair Originals: Coin Flip, Blackjack, Plinko, Chick ‘N Run, Slot, Crash, Pump, Dice, Keno, Limbo, Mines, Tower and Wheel.
KYC: when you’ll need ID
BitStarz’s terms describe verification as obligatory and say that if you don’t provide KYC documents, you can’t receive payments. Expect to verify before your first withdrawal. It may ask for ID, proof of address no older than 90 days, a selfie with your document, and copies of cards, and it can run extra checks on significant wins. No monetary thresholds are published. The terms also say an account can be locked if you can’t be reached for two weeks after requesting a withdrawal.
Bonuses
BitStarz publishes its welcome package and terms:
- First deposit: 100% bonus plus 180 free spins, credited in daily batches of 20. The qualifying deposit must be wagered once within 24 hours.
- Deposits two to four: further bonuses worth up to €400 or 4 BTC in total.
- Wagering: 40 times the bonus, and 40 times free-spin winnings, within 7 days. Your deposit is locked until the bonus is wagered.
- Maximum bet: €5 / $5 / 5 USDT while a bonus is active. Table, live and instant games count 5% towards wagering.
The terms don’t state a minimum qualifying deposit or a maximum cash-out for the package. At 40x in 7 days, the bonus is hard to clear; you can play without it. Our wagering guide has a calculator for what a bonus costs to clear.
Safer gambling tools
BitStarz’s Play Safe page describes self-exclusion, activated by contacting support, and links to GamCare, Gordon House and Gam-Anon. It doesn’t describe deposit, loss or wager limits, cool-offs or reality checks.
