Bitcasino.io is a crypto casino with sister sites Sportsbet.io and Livecasino.io. It holds two licences we could confirm on regulator-hosted registers, one from Anjouan and one from Curaçao. It takes USDT and USDC on four networks each, has very low minimum deposits and says it charges no fee of its own on withdrawals. Its safer gambling tools are thin, though, and its own pages disagree about which company runs it.

Stablecoin deposits and withdrawals
Bitcasino’s help centre lists these stablecoin networks:
- USDT: Ethereum (ERC-20), Tron (TRC-20), Polygon and BNB Chain (BEP-20).
- USDC: Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base and Polygon.
It warns that USDT sent on Arbitrum or any other unlisted network won’t be credited. USDC deposits need 12 network confirmations before they’re credited.
The minimum deposit is 0.25 USDT or 0.25 USDC, and deposits below the minimum are void and not returned, so don’t send dust. The minimum withdrawal is 20 USDT. Bitcasino’s help centre says it doesn’t charge fees on crypto or fiat transactions; its general terms do reserve the right to deduct transaction costs from withdrawals. There’s no maximum crypto withdrawal, but the terms let Bitcasino pay very large requests at up to 1,000,000 USDT (or equivalent) a week until settled.
Licence and safety
We confirmed two licences on regulator-hosted pages:
- Anjouan: the Anjouan licence register lists EZ Spins Ltd, licence ALSI-202509076-FI2, valid from 30 September 2025 to 29 September 2027, covering bitcasino.io, livecasino.io and sportsbet.io.
- Curaçao: the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s certificate lists Moon Technologies B.V. (company no. 152185), licence OGL/2023/111/0069, status Active, licensed since 1 July 2024, covering bitcasino.io and livecasino.io.
Bitcasino’s newer help pages name EZ Spins Ltd and Anjouan as the operator; older pages name Moon Technologies B.V. and Curaçao. Which company you contract with matters if you ever have a dispute, so check the company named in the live terms and footer when you sign up.
We found no regulator action, hacks or lawsuits. AskGamblers lists one unresolved complaint (a $450 withdrawal declined during a KYC review); older complaints were mostly resolved.
Bitcasino’s restricted list includes Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, the Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Israel, the Netherlands, Russia, South Africa, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States, along with Curaçao, Malta, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and a number of sanctioned or high-risk countries. Accounts from restricted countries can be closed and winnings confiscated.
Provably fair games
Bitcasino describes its in-house Bitcasino Originals, such as Original Blackjack, as provably fair, and some third-party “turbo” games on the site also use provably fair systems. It doesn’t publish a full list.
KYC: when you’ll need ID
Bitcasino’s terms say it may request ID once your total deposits reach $10,000 (or equivalent), may hold withdrawals until you provide photo ID and proof of address, and may run extra checks on crypto withdrawals above €2,500. An older AML page says identity is verified at the first withdrawal regardless of amount. Documents are uploaded through account settings, not by email.
Bonuses
We couldn’t confirm a current welcome bonus. A 2025 promotion page described a deposit bonus with 30x wagering, but Bitcasino’s own reward terms page says it doesn’t offer deposit or welcome rewards. Because the two conflict, we haven’t summarised either; check the promotions page and its terms before opting in.
Safer gambling tools
- Cool-off: at least 24 hours, requested through support.
- Self-exclusion: by email from your registered address to the Safer Gaming team (chat requests aren’t actioned), for 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or permanently, after a 24-hour cool-off. It can’t be shortened, and your balance is returned.
We found no details of self-service deposit, loss or wager limits, or reality checks.
