Cloudbet is a crypto casino and sportsbook run by Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. under a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence. It has the widest stablecoin menu of any casino we’ve reviewed: USDT on seven networks including TON and Solana, USDC on six, plus DAI, USDP and USDe. It also publishes a clear KYC threshold. The things to watch are a $2,200 daily withdrawal cap until you’re fully verified and a rule that you wager your deposits once before withdrawing.

Stablecoin deposits and withdrawals
Cloudbet’s cryptocurrency and fees pages list these stablecoin networks:
- USDT: Ethereum (ERC-20), BNB Chain (BEP-20), Avalanche C-Chain, Solana, Polygon, Tron (TRC-20) and TON.
- USDC: Ethereum, BNB Chain, Avalanche C-Chain, Solana, Polygon (native USDC) and Base.
- Others: DAI on Ethereum and BNB Chain; USDP and USDe on Ethereum.
That gives you several low-cost routes in: Solana, TON, Polygon and BNB Chain all typically cost cents per transfer. Cloudbet’s help centre has a separate article on bridged tokens such as USDC.e; if your USDC came over a bridge, read it before sending. Cloudbet’s own pages don’t fully agree: its crypto fees page also lists USDC on Tron, which its supported-cryptocurrencies page doesn’t. Check the deposit screen before sending USDC on Tron.
The minimum deposit is about $1 worth of the coin, varying slightly by network, and deposits below it aren’t credited. Minimum withdrawals and network fees are set per coin and network and shown on Cloudbet’s fees page and on the withdrawal screen. Cloudbet’s help centre says it doesn’t charge a withdrawal fee of its own, only the network fee. Its terms (updated 30 September 2026), however, reserve the right to apply a handling charge of up to 5% on deposits and withdrawals to cover transaction costs, and they also allow a $5 monthly fee on dormant accounts.
Two rules affect how quickly you can cash out:
- Wager your deposits once. The terms require you to wager at least your total deposits before withdrawing, though Cloudbet may reduce this.
- $2,200 daily cap until verified. Unverified and phone-verified (Level 1) accounts can withdraw up to $2,200 a day and deposit up to $2,200 in total. Full verification (Level 2) removes the daily withdrawal limit.
Licence and safety
The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s certificate page lists Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. (company no. 148526) as the holder of licence OGL/2024/328/0599, status Active, licensed since 23 May 2025, for cloudbet.com. That matches Cloudbet’s footer and its own licence page. The regulator’s October 2026 licence register lists the renewal as “assessment in progress”. Some payment methods are handled by a Cyprus subsidiary, Solas Technologies Limited.
We found no regulator action, security incidents or reports of unpaid winnings against Cloudbet, and no unresolved complaints in Casino.guru’s public listing when we checked.
The terms bar players located in Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, Macau, Hong Kong, Curaçao, Cuba, France, Germany, Iran, Japan, Lithuania, Malta, Myanmar, the Netherlands, North Korea, Singapore, Syria, Spain, Turkey, the United States and its territories, the United Kingdom, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, plus anywhere online betting is unlawful. The restriction is based on where you physically are, including when you withdraw.
Provably fair games
Eight Cloudbet Originals are provably fair, with a calculator on the site to check results: Mines, Pump, Plinko, Dice, Dice: Golden Ticket, Limbo, Roulette and Keno.
KYC: when you’ll need ID
Cloudbet is unusually specific. Its terms say identity verification is required once your total deposits reach $2,200, and it can also verify you at any time, for example after a change in your details or unusual activity. Verification has three levels: unverified, Level 1 (phone) and Level 2 (photo ID, proof of address and a face check, run by Sumsub). Until Level 2, the $2,200 caps above apply. Our KYC guide compares the thresholds every casino we review publishes.
Bonuses
Cloudbet’s welcome package pays up to $2,500 in cash rewards over your first 30 days, starting with a first deposit of any amount. On the casino side it’s 10% rakeback (a share of the house edge on your bets, half paid straight to your wallet and half to a rewards calendar) plus daily cash drops. The help articles we read don’t state wagering requirements or a maximum bet for these rewards, so check the full promotion terms before relying on them.
Safer gambling tools
All of these are self-service under Profile, Preferences, Responsible gambling:
- Deposit limits: daily, weekly or monthly. Tightening is immediate; loosening or cancelling waits 24 hours.
- Cool-off: 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month or 3 months. It can’t be ended early.
- Self-exclusion: 1, 3 or 5 years, or lifetime (which can’t be reversed).
Cloudbet doesn’t describe loss or wager limits or reality checks.
