Stablecoin deposits and withdrawals

Winz’s terms and payments page list USDT and USDC, processed through the crypto payment company CoinsPaid, but don’t name the networks. Check the network shown in the cashier and send a small test amount first.

From the payments page and terms:

  • Minimum deposit: 20 USDT or 20 USDC, no maximum.
  • Withdrawals: 20 to 10,000 USDT or USDC per transaction.
  • Fees: none on crypto, according to the FAQ. Fiat depositors pay 10% (minimum €10) on more than two withdrawals a day or seven a week; this doesn’t apply to crypto depositors.
  • Caps: 100,000 a week and 400,000 a month. Wins above 400,000 are paid in monthly instalments.
  • Wager your deposit once: crypto deposits must be wagered once (fiat three times) before withdrawal, or Winz may charge a processing fee or refuse the withdrawal.

The terms also charge €20 a month on accounts inactive for 12 months.

Licence and safety

We confirmed the licence on regulator-hosted pages:

  • Anjouan: the Anjouan licence register lists Novatrix SRL, licence ALSI-202508056-FI2, valid from 25 August 2025 to 24 August 2027, with winz.io among about 60 domains. The validator linked from Winz’s own seal shows the licence as valid for winz.io.
  • Tobique: the Tobique Gaming Commission’s validator, linked from Winz’s seal, shows Novatrix SRL as valid for winz.io. Winz’s terms cite Tobique licence 0000002.

The same Anjouan licence covers many other casino brands, including Woo Casino, King Billy, Bitkingz and Rooster.bet. Winz serves different footers depending on where you are, so the licence shown to you may differ.

AskGamblers lists most complaints against Winz as resolved. Rejected ones include winnings confiscated after an account was closed over alleged forged documents, and several players claim accounts were closed for bonus abuse or multiple accounts after a win. Search results indicate Australia’s regulator, ACMA, had winz.io blocked in 2022; we couldn’t load the notice to confirm. We found no action against Novatrix SRL on the Anjouan register.

The terms bar players from a long list of countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain, Ukraine and the Canadian provinces of Ontario and New Brunswick. The Anjouan validator adds that the licence doesn’t cover Australia. Players from restricted countries aren’t entitled to withdrawals, and the terms ban VPNs and proxies.

Provably fair games

Winz’s FAQ says it offers provably fair games and lists them in a section of the site, but we couldn’t confirm which titles are included.

KYC: when you’ll need ID

Verification is mandatory once your total withdrawals pass €2,000 (or equivalent), and Winz can ask at any time, for example if it suspects a breach of its terms. Withdrawals wait until you’re verified, and checks can include a phone or video call. If you can’t be reached or don’t complete verification within two weeks, the account can be locked or closed and funds forfeited. For larger players it may ask for proof of source of funds or wealth.

Bonuses

Winz’s welcome offer is a single spin of the “Wheel of Winz” on your first deposit, and every prize is wager-free:

  • Tiers: a Bronze spin needs a 25 USDT/USDC deposit, Silver 50 and Gold 100.
  • Prizes: free spins (25 to 800, to be used within a day) or cash from $10 up to $5,000 on the Gold wheel.
  • Caps: free spins are worth up to €1 each, and winnings from any free-spin set are capped at €5,000.

Alternatives are 10% daily cashback on live casino losses (code LIVE, paid as real money) and a sports welcome bonus. Players in Sweden, Spain, France, the UK, the Netherlands and Lithuania, among others, are excluded from bonuses.

Safer gambling tools

Winz’s personal limits are self-service in your account, or via live chat or email:

  • Deposit limits: daily, weekly or monthly. Its policy warns they may not apply to crypto deposits, so don’t rely on them alone if you deposit USDT or USDC.
  • Loss and wager limits: daily, weekly or monthly (not for the sportsbook).
  • Cool-off: 1 week, 1, 3 or 6 months. The policy notes crypto deposits may still go through.
  • Self-exclusion: 6 months, 9 months, 1 year or indefinitely.

Lowering a limit is immediate; raising one needs email confirmation and only applies after the current limit runs out.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Licence confirmed on the Anjouan register and two regulator validators
  • No fee on crypto withdrawals
  • Published KYC threshold (€2,000 in withdrawals)
  • Wager-free welcome prizes
  • Self-service deposit, loss and wager limits, cool-off and self-exclusion

Cons

  • Stablecoin networks not published
  • Deposit limits and cool-off may not stop crypto deposits
  • 20 USDT minimum deposit and withdrawal
  • Rejected complaints over account closures after wins
  • €20 monthly fee on dormant accounts
Our takeWinz publishes more of its rules than most offshore casinos, from withdrawal caps to the exact point ID becomes mandatory, and its welcome prizes don’t come with wagering strings. Stablecoin players should check the network in the cashier and know that its deposit limits may not catch crypto deposits.
