Cloudbet vs Shuffle

Our two top-scoring casinos side by side: networks, minimums, limits, KYC rules and safer gambling tools.

Cloudbet and Shuffle are the two highest-scoring casinos in our ranking. Both are licensed in Curaçao, support USDT and USDC on many networks and say they charge no withdrawal fee of their own. They differ on limits, ID checks and safer gambling tools, and Shuffle has a data breach to weigh up. Here are the facts from our reviews side by side.

The key differences

  • Networks: Cloudbet has the widest choice we’ve seen, including USDT on TON and Avalanche, plus DAI, USDP and USDe. Shuffle covers Tron, BNB Chain, Polygon and Solana for USDT and adds native USDC on Arbitrum.
  • Minimums: Shuffle’s are lower and published: $0.01 to deposit and 10 USDT or USDC to withdraw. Cloudbet’s minimum deposit is about $1; minimum withdrawals vary by network.
  • Limits: Cloudbet caps unverified and phone-verified accounts at $2,200 a day; full verification removes it. Shuffle says it has no daily, weekly or monthly caps.
  • KYC: both publish clear triggers. Cloudbet requires ID once total deposits reach $2,200; Shuffle requires it before your first withdrawal.
  • Fees, small print: both say no fee of their own, but Cloudbet’s terms reserve a handling charge of up to 5% and Shuffle’s terms allow a fee shown before you confirm.
  • Safer gambling: Cloudbet has deposit limits, a cool-off and self-exclusion; Shuffle has wager and loss limits and self-exclusion from one day, but no deposit limits.

Things to know about each

  • Cloudbet: the regulator’s October 2026 register lists its licence renewal as under assessment, while the certificate shows it active. Its terms require deposits to be wagered once before withdrawal.
  • Shuffle: in October 2025 a breach at its outside customer-messaging provider exposed data of a significant number of users, including KYC identity images, according to Crypto Economy; Shuffle said passwords and funds weren’t affected.

Which suits whom

If you want the most network choice, or plan to play with more than $2,200 and are happy to verify early, Cloudbet’s published threshold and broad network support stand out. If you prefer low minimums and no withdrawal caps, Shuffle publishes those clearly, but weigh its 2025 data breach, and use its loss limits since it has no deposit limits.
